The menstrual disc became popular, because you feel it less compared to a cup and even have sex on your period if you use it. How to Insert a Menstrual Disc
- Fold the Disc
Start by squeezing the sides of the disc together to make it smaller, like folding it into the shape of an "8." This will help with easy insertion.
- Insert the Disc
While sitting, squatting, or standing, gently push the folded disc into your vagina. Make sure to angle it slightly towards your tailbone (not straight up) as you insert it.
