Refund policy


Do you have a service question for us? We kindly ask you not to contact us on multiple channels for the same problem. This slows down the process. We respond on weekdays between 10 am and 5 pm. Thank you!

At Bamboozy you always have 100 days reflection time for unused and unwashed products. We test our products thoroughly and stand behind our quality. If you do change your mind you can follow a link in your order confirmation email to start your return. You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. We also pay the return label for returns from the Netherlands. Returns from Belgium cost € 5.95. Returns from other EU countriesΒ cost €9.95.

We can only take back menstrual cups and discs if the seal is still intact, for hygiene reasons. Does the cup not fit? Please contact us. Menstrual underwear can only be returned when unused and unwashed. Wear them over your own underwear for hygiene reasons. To return menstrual underwear please fill out the return form provided.

We try in all cases to work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Cancel your order
If you cancel an order, we will refund your money within 2-5 business days. Have your items already been shipped? Then follow the regular return process.

Damaged on arrival
When you receive your products damaged on arrival, please inform us as soon as possible. We will ship a new product to you as soon as possible including a pre-paid return label.

Faulty product or broken after use
You have a 2-year warranty for all our products we sell. If you happen to have an issue with your product please get in touch with us and we will offer a replacement.

I have changed my mind
Please return the goods to us and we will refund your order including shipping costs.

Exchange for another product
You can place a new order and return the goods you want to exchange within 100 days after delivery. If you return the order partly we will issue an pro-rated refund based on the total order value after returns. If you return the entire order you will receive a full refund including shipping costs.

Received wrong product
We will ship the correct product as soon as possible including a pre-paid return label for you to return the goods that have been shipped by error.
